A Jew, a Muslim, and a Hindu are opening a restaurant together in Phnom Penh. It sounds like a joke, but it’s not. 🙂 The representatives of the world’s major religions, which have traditionally been at war with each other, have teamed up in Cambodia for the sake of good food. Basically they will specialize in Middle Eastern food like falafel and hummus. As you can imagine, there won’t be any pork, beef, or seafood on the menu.
